Leadership

As a founding member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Cardinal Property Management is the industry expert in community association management. We hold  the distinguished Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) national designation. In addition, every Cardinal account manager has earned one or more of the following designations: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA);  Association Management Specialist (AMS) or Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM); of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

A family-owned business founded in Orange County in 1981, we are proud of our dedication and service to our client associations. Although we have a three-decade tradition of providing proven services to Southern California’s discriminating community association residents, we offer some of the most innovative tools in the industry to help you transact business and get on with your busy lives.

E-billing

Statements, inserts, notices and newsletters. Signing up is e-z. Members simply go to the Cardinal website at www.cardinal-online.com, click on “E-Billing” and follow the instructions. The more homeowners who sign up for this service, the more money your association will save in postage and duplicating costs.

 

E-directory

Mass email communications for such unofficial association business as board and annual meeting reminders and neighborhood watch announcements. We capture homeowners’ e-mail addresses for mass e-mail communication of unofficial association business. Homeowners may provide their e-mail information by going to the Cardinal website at www.cardinal-online.com and clicking on “Entry/Directory Updates.”

 

E-board packets

Electronic board packets made available to a director’s laptop. We also provide board packets in an electronic format. Simply let us know if your Directors would like to receive their board packets electronically. This will eliminate board packet duplicating and postage costs.

EZ Mobile Website
